In this episode I talk with Tom Fozard, Commercial Director of Harrogate's Rooster's Brewing Co, who are celebrating their 30th Anniversary this year.

We talk about that 30 year history, divided between two families at the helm, their joint flasgship beers - Yankee and Baby-Faced Assassin, their relatively recent move back to Harrogate from Knaresborough, the US style Taproom, and their 30th Anniversary plans such as a Beer Festival (Suds with Buds) and 9 collaboration beers with the likes of Elusive Brewing and St Mars of the Desert.
