Before They Were Famous

FASHION NOVA | Before They Were Famous | Richard Saghian & Cardi B

It's safe to say that Auston Matthews is one of the most promising young athletes in the world. Carrying Toronto on his back since being drafted in 2016, he has certainly proven himself as a worthy threat on the hockey rink. But what you may not realize is that this twenty-one year old actually has quite an interesting story. Just the fact that this NHL superstar hails from Arizona of all places is already fascinating. But we went a little deeper than that. Some of you will never guess what country he actually began playing professionally for. How about the fact that his hockey coach lived with him and his family. A man named Boris who spoke little English...

The story of Cardi B is a come-up story unlike any other... a stripper from the Bronx to one of, if not the most popular artists of this generation. She has climbed to the top of the charts, broken records, and taken home awards. She had been involved in a highly publicized marriage and the birth of daughter Kulture. She's taken the stage on television's most prestigious shows bringing them in record-breaking records and all the while she acted as an ambassador for the talent coming up off of social media. Not only has Cardi B given the world bangers like Bodak Yellow, Finesse, and MotorSport. She's also spawned millions of meme's and given the world plenty of catchphrases. It was her candid and honest personality, her embracing all the realities of herself during her come up which made her America's sweetheart overnight and an artist who won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

Tenshin Nasukawa is a Japanese kickboxer and is currently making headlines this week as Floyd Mayweather's newest opponent. While Japanese fans will be watching their boy Tenshin do what he does best, it has been reported although not confirmed that Floyd may be exploring uncharted territory. Literally, the two have an age difference of twenty-one years. But what makes that fight especially interesting is that Tenshin is a relative unknown.

When the fight was first announced, many people from around the world were asking who Tenshin Nasukawa was, with several news publications referring to him in the headlines as an actual mystery man. If you're one of those people typing his name into Google for the first time, you'll be happy to know that Mr. Mayweather has his work cut out for him, Since the age of five, Tenshin has been cleaning up in martial arts, practically wiping the floor with fighters from around the world and since 2014 he has dominated the kickboxing ring.

With a current record of 27 and 0, this kid has little stopped him from being one of the deadliest fighters in the history of his sport. This must be the most controversial, most ludicrous, the most heated versus ever held on this channel. In the one corner, we have Woah Vicky. A young social media star who first broke ground revealing that her ancestry.com results proved that she was in fact African American. It was an ancestry.com advertisement that they never saw coming... I bet it actually brought the company tons of new customers. It even got me to check my DNA & half the people in my family. Alright, moving onto Treasure. A black teen racist against her own race! Truthfully, it's not even funny. My name is Michael McCrudden and let's jump into this versus.

On November 4th, 2018, just out of the blue, it was announced that Floyd Mayweather would be coming out of retirement but as a mixed-martial artist. If you're a fan of hip-hop, you know that rap beefs are a common part of the culture. But nobody has embraced the savage side of musical feuding quite like 50 Cent. Whether it's Ja Rule, Floyd Mayweather, or even his former G-Unit labelmate The Game, Curtis Jackson will come for you. He and The Game even had a shootout outside of an NYC radio station in 2005. All of this due to war over words. For a guy who's been shot nine times, he sure loves to troll. But like 50 Cent once told us in a song, he will not Back Down.
