We'll start with heart-opening side stretches and flowing sun salutations to get your blood pumping, then move through energizing standing poses including chair pose, warrior sequences, and triangle pose. Get ready for some serious heat-building with plank holds, kapalabhati breathing, and a fun crow pose challenge that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.
This practice combines:
