As CEO at supernormal.com, he leads a team that automatically captures your meeting notes without lifting a finger. At the forefront of Generative AI, his team is helping people save more than 100,000 hours a month. With the shift to remote and hybrid teams, Supernormal has exploded in growth as companies realize that documenting discussions is a cornerstone to distributed work. 

Previous to Supernormal, he led product and ML teams in social and fintech companies including Meta and Klarna. At Meta, he ran search (discover tab) for Instagram. In his fintech days, he joined the Swedish rocket ship Klarna for easier payments on the web.

Harold Hughes is the founder & CEO of Bandwagon, a South Carolina-based live experience technology company. Under his leadership, Bandwagon has raised more than $3M in venture capital and successfully acquired IdealSeat, Inc. in 2020. Their customers include Fortune 50 brands, entertainers, as well as professional and collegiate athletes. As a first-generation American, Harold prioritized education, receiving two Bachelors degrees (Economics and Political Science) from Clemson University and later received his MBA from Clemson while he led business development at a Fortune 1000 company based in Greenville, South Carolina. As a web3 builder and community leader, Harold published "A Kids Book About Blockchain" to help educate people "from 6 to 60" about the revolutionary technology that Bandwagon specializes in.

To that end, Harold is also an active angel investor, primarily investing in women, people of color, and Black founder-led companies. Most notably, he has invested in Partake Foods, the Jay-Z-backed CPG company making allergy-friendly snacks, and companies like Goodr, Chipper, Athletic Greens, Republic, Stix, and the National Cycling League.

Ivan Yang is the co-founder and CEO of Moss, a company helping brands maximize the engagement of their web3 customers. Prior to Moss, Ivan worked in both the investment banking and principal investing arms of Goldman Sachs. He has a B.Comm and LL.B from the University of Sydney and is finishing the last semester of his MBA at MIT.

Ashok Sivanand is the CEO of Integral, a digital transformation firm that helps businesses with embedding a technology DNA to their culture, processes, and experiences by collaborating to build delightful products and high-performing product teams. 

Ashok is a student of the automotive and manufacturing industry and has worked as a forklift driver on the line, developed applications at a General Motors plant, and various product roles at an industrial IoT startup called Shoplogix. 

Ashok transitioned this knowledge of lean manufacturing to lean-agile software while serving on the leadership team at Pivotal Labs. 

At Pivotal, Ashok visited Detroit from Toronto to help Ford build a development lab called FordLabs; loved Detroit so much that he decided to stay and start Integral here. Integral also sponsors integratedetroit.org to help bridge the race and gender gap amongst Detroit's technologists.

Ravi Sandepudi is the Co-founder and CEO of Effectiv, a fraud & risk management platform designed for credit unions. Before starting Effectiv, Ravi was the Director of Product Development at PayPal, leading their efforts to build cutting-edge fraud protection services for hundreds of thousands of merchants. Ravi joined PayPal via the acquisition of Simility, a pioneer in fraud detection software, where he was the first employee and led their offices in India and the UK. Before Simility & PayPal, he worked at Google in their Risk, Trust & Safety group, building systems that detected fraud, malware, and abuse across products like Google Search, Ads & Google Pay.

Rishi Khanna is the CEO of Stocktwits, the original social platform for individual investors and traders with six million registered members and millions of monthly visitors. Prior to StockTwits, he was a Managing Director at SS&C where he had overall responsibility for sales, product, operations and strategic direction of a number of businesses serving the alternative assets industry. Prior to joining SS&C, Rishi was Co-Founder and President of Novus, a portfolio intelligence platform for the institutional asset management industry that he co-founded in 2007. Before Novus, he led product development and technology initiatives for Gerson Lehrman Group. Rishi holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Stefanie Sample is a serial entrepreneur, expert marketer, and efficient operator. In April 2021, she founded Fundid as a non-technical, non-banking background, solo entrepreneur, based in Montana.  With a mission to make growth possible for all business owners, regardless of their size, Fundid has quickly emerged as a trusted financial partner to the smallest business owners.  Fundid attracts customers who are currently being left out of a broken financial system by saying yes to supporting their growth when others are saying no. Prior to Fundid, she has proven herself with an impressive track record of business accomplishments.  Whether starting, buying or selling companies, Stefanie has repeatedly leveraged her marketing and operations skills to create scalable business efficiency. Stefanie is also an advisory board member of a mid-market bank, co-created an accelerator program for startups, and has been a trusted advisor to many companies looking to grow. 

Stefanie enjoys representing women business owners and speaking about the solutions that will unlock their potential in a world built for men.  She is an avid skier, trail runner and went on to compete in an ironman.  These days she can be found spending her free time teaching her girls to ski the trees and summers camping by Montana lakes.

Maggie Norris, CEO of Aidaly, a healthcare technology company upskilling family caregivers with the training, coaching, and compensation to provide quality care in the home. 

Her passion is building technology to help people take care of their families. She is motivated to design solutions for the female consumer and believes she is the key to reinventing healthcare, finance, and education.

Margaret brings a wealth of experience as a healthcare CEO, startup Advisor, Investor, and Developer with a background in consumer-focused solutions that scale. Previously, Margaret founded Uphold Health and served as Head of Product at AFTER. Before co-founding AFTER, Margaret founded Home Management Solutions LLC. the parent company of KidsGoDo inc. and exited in 2017.

She studied improv at I.O. Chicago, comedic acting and writing at The Second City, and long-form improvisation under the guidance of Joyce Piven at Piven Theatre Works. She enjoyed a brief acting career that included various commercial and film roles and was a founding member of the sketch comedy group ‘The Big P/L’.

Margaret attended Northwestern University and studied at Tufts University in Taillores, France. Margaret was awarded the National Caring Award and inducted into The Caring Institute Hall of Fame in Washington D.C. by Val Halamandaris.

She has served as an Advisor or Member/Board Member of the Chicago Leadership Alliance, Ryan Banks Academy, Women Tech Founders, The Chicago Council, and various other nonprofits.
