Joanna Riley is an entrepreneur, advocate, and mentor for diversity in technology, and the CEO and Co-Founder of Censia. Censia was built to transform the way enterprise companies hire talent, its platform is a true system of intelligence for the enterprise, predictively matching the most in-demand people to opportunities at scale, powered by AI. 

Before Censia, she experienced two successful acquisitions of her companies, was part of the International Training Unit for the FBI, was a collegiate rower, and earned her BA degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, where she was a full scholarship athlete. She is part of the President's Program at Harvard Business School, receiving her MBA.

Jake Wood is the founder and CEO of Groundswell, a software company that enables companies to make philanthropy an employee benefit. Groundswell launched in 2021 after raising $15 million in venture capital led by Google Ventures. 

Prior to launching Groundswell, Wood served as the founder and CEO of Team Rubicon, a disaster response organization that is widely considered one of America’s leading nonprofit organizations.

Jake is a Marine Corps veteran with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, a twice-published author, a frequent contributor in the media, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Jennifer Nuckles is the CEO of R-Zero. Jennifer is an industry veteran, with over 25 years of experience leading and accelerating revenue growth and profitability for companies including high-growth, venture-backed, and public companies. Prior to R-Zero, Jennifer was the Executive Vice President and Group Business Leader at SoFi. Jennifer was previously Chief Marketing Officer of health tech leader Doctor on Demand and social gaming giant Zynga, Inc. She spent almost a decade in leadership positions at The Clorox Company in marketing and sales. Jennifer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Arun Saigal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Thunkable, the no-code platform to build powerful, native mobile apps. He holds an S.B. and M.Eng from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Arun has held various leading roles at technology companies, including Quizlet, Khan Academy, Aspiring Minds, and Google. Named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and a finalist for numerous other innovation awards. Arun is an established leader and visionary in the no-code and mobile development space.

Arun practices his musical talents in his free time, playing viola, mridangam, and even beatboxing. He also conducts orchestras and plays in several San Francisco-based music groups.

Syed Hamid is the CEO and founder of Sofy, a no-code automated mobile app testing platform. Millions of people use mobile apps every day, and app development teams must test their apps before every release/update. This increasingly complex and resource-intensive process is time-consuming. Fortunately, Sofy’s innovative platform makes the necessity of testing mobile apps swift and painless. Before starting Sofy in 2016, Syed worked as an engineering leader for nearly two decades at Microsoft.

Patricia Thaine is the Co-Founder & CEO of Private AI, a Microsoft-backed startup. She is also a Computer Science PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto (on leave) and a Vector Institute alumna. Her R&D work is focused on privacy-preserving natural language processing, with a focus on applied cryptography and re-identification risk.

Patricia is a recipient of the NSERC Postgraduate Scholarship, the RBC Graduate Fellowship, the Beatrice “Trixie” Worsley Graduate Scholarship in Computer Science, and the Ontario Graduate Scholarship. She has a decade of research and software development experience, including at the McGill Language Development Lab, the University of Toronto’s Computational Linguistics Lab, the University of Toronto’s Department of Linguistics, and the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Joel Stevenson is VP of Growth at Vendasta which acquired Yesware in 2022 where Joel was CEO. Prior to Yesware, Joel built Wayfair’s B2B business from scratch to $400MM in annual revenue. He also ran Wayfair’s UK business and oversaw the FP&A function as Wayfair transitioned into a publicly traded company. Prior to Wayfair, Joel worked as a consultant at ZS Associates and spent the early part of his career in a variety of sales roles. Joel has an MBA from Yale, attended the University of Illinois for undergrad, and has a goal of being #1 for humor endorsements on LinkedIn.

Aaron Podolny is the CTO and co-founder of Scribe, a productivity tool used by over 300,000 users to automatically generate step-by-step guides. Before that, he founded a number of startups and sold Onward — an automation company — to Google in 2018. Earlier in his career, Aaron studied neuroscience and psychology at Yale and built machine learning and statistical models in economic consulting.

Cavan Klinsky is the Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder of Healthie, where he spearheads the development of the company’s comprehensive white-label and API platform, empowering health and wellness professionals to grow their businesses and build digital-first relationships with clients. He works closely with Healthie’s startups to integrate into other tools used in the growing digital health ecosystem. 

From writing the first line of code to scaling an application that powers millions of requests each day, Cavan has built Healthie’s strong, scalable foundation that powers digital health’s future. A self-taught developer from an early age, Cavan has freelanced for different startups, small businesses, and non-profits with a focus on building minimum viable products, and during high school co-founded Gevva, the “First Search Engine to Focus on Getting Things Done”. Cavan completed his first year of college at the University of Pennsylvania, where he met his Healthie co-founder, before dropping out to build Healthie.
