This week's guest is Krystal Lohff - CEO, Calm Waters
Krystal grew up in the Midwest and has been providing mental health counseling since 2007. She has experience in working with individuals, groups, families, marital therapy, and conducting family team meetings. She has worked with children, Native Americans, individuals experiencing homelessness, severe and persistently mentally ill clients, Veterans, and geriatrics. Krystal successfully operated a million-dollar federal grant and worked closely with community partners on protocol and compliance. She has spearheaded several community-based meetings and has served on several boards throughout her career. Krystal has experience in providing evidence-based practices, modalities, and holistic approaches geared towards aligning all parts of the body for greater overall wellness and functioning.

Guest speaker: World Class Professional Boxer and Mixed Martial Arts fighter Frankie Sanchez.
On this week’s episode, Frankie talks about what inspired him to be a boxer, his favorite moments, his experience on the UFC ultimate fighter, and his experience training recent Gold medal winner Henry Cejudo.
As a youth he was a 4x Junior Olympic boxing state & regional champion and 6x Colorado Golden Gloves Boxing Champion. He retired with a record of 16-15 as a professional boxer and 34-0 in tough man and MMA fighting. As a coach, Frankie has trained numerous champions who have competed in MMA, Golden Gloves, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Olympic trials and Pro boxing.
In 2016 Frankie was selected as a guest coach for the UFC Ultimate Fighter 24 TV show on Fox Sports 1 Team CEJUDO vs Team Benivedas. In 2017 he was an official licenced UFC coach/corner man for the UFC on FOX Spots live TV show at The Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. Frankie helped coach UFC fighter Alexandre Pantojo to a win over UFC fighter Eric Shelton.
In the community, Frankie volunteers thousands of hours and dollars each year to community groups, Churches, clubs and schools worldwide. He now works as a volunteer with the Aurora Police Boxing Club and Cops Fighting Cancer Organizations. He is also the fundraising chair for CESDA Colorado Educational Services and Development Association program that teaches local high school, Jr. high and elementary students the importance of attending higher education.

Character on Track is a local program that finds high school seniors who are great role models and leaders, and places them in elementary schools to speak to young students about having good character and making good choices.
Rich has always had a passion for programs and projects that involve kids. Along with his role at Character on Track, he has been involved in the youth soccer community on a local, regional and national levels, always striving to find ways to allow kids to discover themselves and to develop a set of personal values.
He believes there is a great need for mentors and role models for the youth of today, and Rich wants to be in an active role in building today’s kids into the community leaders of tomorrow.

Tom Douple enters his 16th year as Summit League commissioner and has been instrumental in the growth of the league. Under his direction, the league has added seven new members and implemented The Summit Plan, which included the league's new name and logo, along with a branding plan and institutional commitments on staffing and scholarships.
Selected as the league's fifth commissioner in September 2005, Douple led the enhancement of The Summit League’s membership and geographic footprint. Under Douple’s stewardship, The Summit League has enjoyed a successful renaissance with unprecedented achievement. Headlining the league’s success and development is its premier event, The Summit League Basketball Championships, which continues to solidify itself as one of the nation’s premier tournaments. Called “March’s best-kept secret” by USA Today, all six of the highest total attendance figures in league history have come during the six years in Sioux Falls, S.D. Beyond the record attendance marks, the event established benchmarks with national coverage of all men’s and women’s games and all-time high corporate sponsorships and revenues.
Academically, The Summit League has had 50 teams attain maximum/perfect NCAA Academic Progress Rate (APR) scores in the past three years and 61 squads receive NCAA Public Recognition Awards for APR in the top 10 percent of their sport since 2010. A total of 63 Academic All-America selections, including two Capital One Academic All-Americans of the Year, have hailed from Summit League institutions since 2007.

This week’s guest: Brett Quall - Executive Director - The Community Outreach
Brett Quall is the Executive Director of The Community Outreach. He has used his skills of compassion, grace, empathy, and many more throughout his six years at TCO. Brett’s passion for this ministry and being able to help this population of the working poor has been such an eye opener to what is happening here in our community. He has seen many people come through the doors of TCO and leave full of God’s grace. He feels it has been amazing being able to incorporate his faith into his daily work. This has always been an important part of his life and he is excited to use it in his work as well. Brett and his wife Kari have one child, Anders, and another one on the way. Outside of TCO, you will find them enjoying sports such as volleyball, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and being outside as much as possible.
On this week’s episode, Brett talks about The Community Outreach, The Genesis Program, role models, mentorship, and his favorite baseball stadiums.

Dennis Aanenson has been in the business equipment field since 1985 when he worked for Best Business products. After a year and a half with the company, Dennis was promoted to Sales Manager and grew sales from $4 million annually to $12 million.
A&B Business is the namesake of Art Sinkey and Bill Kromminga as they started the company in 1981. Dennis Aanenson purchased the company in 1993 and progressed to become a Panasonic printer dealer. Dennis started A&B with one location, five employees and almost no customers of his own. Today A&B has grown to fifteen locations in five states with more than 120 full-time employees, and provides a wide range of service and product offerings as a one-stop-shop for clients. Dennis attributes his success to aligning himself with only the best manufactures in the business while enabling his confidence to serve his customers best interest. The biggest compliments he receives are the referrals of his customers.
