Behind The Brush: The Sound of Art

This week on Behind The Brush we sit down with Xavier Bringnoni, cofound of the DAAS Gallery & Union Art Studios to talk about the inspirations behind his Signature Styles, his collaborations, his current show being featured at the Cape Coral Art Center and so much more!

On this episode, we sat down with Marvin D. Rouse to talk about the upcoming Holiday Edition of "Sneakers Exhibition," which benefits a great organization, "Laces of Love," as well as his upcoming Live Art Show at Cooking for The Arts and the growing success of "Butter."

On this episode, we sat down with Richard Bravo. Richard is a mixed-media painter and illustrator whose work melds pop impressionism, surrealism, and chiaroscuro to create evocative, emotionally resonant visuals. Trained at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, Richard has also built a career as a set designer and scenic painter, collaborating with world-renowned performers including Wu-Tang Clan and DMX. His expressive pieces, ranging from intimate portraits to symbolic narratives, reflect a philosophy he describes best: “I don’t take photographs, I make them,” guiding viewers not just to see but to feel his artistic world. Always evolving, he positions himself as “not just an Artist but a Creative,” offering custom work tailored to any vision.

This week we sat down to talk to Savannah Leslie, she is a multidisciplinary artist based in Fort Myers, Florida, with 19 years of experience as a tattooer and visual artist. We talk tattoos, theatre, and life!

Additionally, David talks about not only his retirement, but the amazing talent he is surrounded by at the Gallery and even a spooky story from beyond the grave just in time for the Halloween Season!

This week, we sat down with the Director of The Bob Rauschenberg Gallery to discuss Bob's 100th Birthday this year on October 22nd, exciting changes coming to the Humanities Hall, some great history about Bob's life, and some of the great happenings at the Gallery.
