From September I have decided to do something called The Joy Experiment!
Each month for the next 12 months will have a theme. These themes are things that positive psychologists have shown to be influential when it comes to our wellbeing. I have picked 12 themes that feel particularly relevant to my life. I will then use each theme to set myself weekly tasks/missions/to-dos to see how much joy the theme brings me.
I will be blogging about my experience as I go!
