Meet Ruel DaCosta, Ninja Warrior, Personal Trainer, Pilates Coach, Busy Dad and founder of the UK's first ever indoor Parkour gym.

Ruel's story is a great example of how you can turn a passion in to a sustainable career. His commitment and recruitment of a team of like minded experts, has elevated the community.
