Can you really do this part-time? 

I hate the term "gig." It's typically used when we refer to an activity that can be pursued for additional income beyond our primary source.

What irks me the most about it is its lack of commitment.

I've witnessed countless agents attempt to transition from part-time to full-time, and it rarely succeeds. The reason? They never wholeheartedly commit to the idea of leaving the security of their 9-to-5 job and diving into a 100% commission-based real estate sales career.

Except in this case. Take Kelly, for instance. She prospected and dedicated more time to her real estate business than most full-time agents. This dedication propelled her from being a part-time agent to a full-time one within her first year, with over 30 properties sold.
