In this episode we discuss Sex and Intimacy with expert Kristen Anderson. Kristen's mission is to inspire and empower people to perform at their best - physically, emotionally and relationally. She's a Performance Coach, Sex Educator, and men's sexual health expert, having worked with more than 300 men to achieve more intimate and satisfying relationships and overcome sexual dysfunction. As a certified Gottman Level 1 Couples Coach, she also works with couples to foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Outside of coaching, she's an avid athlete—whether it’s running the Boston Marathon, cycling, or learning to golf. She trained as a Pilates and yoga instructor to form a bridge between her body's strength and mind's resilience; she now shares this work through teaching 1:1 in her Vancouver Studio. Kristen is a parent raising three amazing boys; they inspire her each day to pursue meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of others.
