Party Scenes are fun to share, because everyone has their own unique experience. And we think experience change with age, situations and frame of mind. Any feedback you get from your listeners is good feedback, if it’s positive well and good it gives motivation to do more and when a listeners tell you it’s not something they agree with or something you didn’t didn’t like about the podcast. Then I will not call it negative in fact it will give us some space to do better and in a way where we come to know what you want to hear from us. So don’t stop giving feedbacks it’s really important for us.

Can expectation harm your mental health? Why and how expectations start? Why does it affect you?

Expectation should be taken lightly, Life is not just about expecting things and getting it exactly how you planned in a decorated plate. It's all about ups and downs which we should be accepting it and moving ahead. When you expect something an dit doesn't go according to your plan you aren't just hurting yourself in this process you are also disturbing your peace of mind. At least in your life just live care free, dont plan, dont expect just for a week try this exercise and see grass is greener on the other side too. I know it's difficult as the way we all have been brought up. But don't you think its worth a shot!
