As an integral part of the Being a Skilled Self-Aware Leader area of focus for this series we discussed ways to discover and capitalize on your strengths. The things you are really good at and are passionate about.. But my guess is that as a leader you are pretty well booked up. So, we need to look for ways to free up more discretionary time for you so you can capitalize on your strengths. Use a powerful and fun exercise to help you discover and clarify your strengths. Doing so, coupled with the work we did last time in helping you discover the Inner You, allows you to develop a higher level of consciousness regarding the real you. This greater self-awareness leads to greater cognitive, quality decision-making for yourself.
