Happy Monday everyone! This week, we're talking about 5 of the habits I've implemented into my life this year. They're all great on their own, and it took some time to really have a solid routine with each of them, but they all work together now to create a very balanced, peaceful lifestyle for me. Thanks for listening <3

In this episode, I'm sharing a list of things that bring me back to who I am at my core. A lot of these things are hobbies or passions I loved when I was a child, but fell to the wayside as I grew older. Now, I'm turning back to these things whenever I feel lost, sad, confused, stressed, etc.
Thanks for listening - I'm so glad you're here! <3

Today we're talking all about post-grad life. It's something I'm currently going through as a semi-recent college graduate (it's been 5 months and feels like a prank). I feel like all of us college graduates are experiencing the highs and lows that comes with leaving behind our college days - there are so many incredible things that come with finishing school, but it's also a really weird and kinda scary phase of life. It really feels like you're thrown into the deep end and just expected to figure it out on your own. But none of us really have it figured out so it's just weird, right??? Let's just have an open conversation about all the things I love about being done with school (aka no more homework) but also the struggles I've faced since then.

We're diving right into a hot topic (but not too hot): social media. It feels like everyone has their own opinion on it, whether it's positive or negative. I personally have had a long journey with different social media platforms and have finally gotten to a place where I feel good about the content I'm consuming and the apps I regularly spend time on. Listen to hear about my takes on social media and share yours on the podcast Instagram! (Ironic, right)

In this episode, we're doing a book club! I've made it a goal to read a lot more in 2021, so you guys are helping hold me accountable with this book club segment. I think reading is so beneficial for everyone and really helps strengthen those brain muscles! It's a great habit to add to your daily morning or nighttime routine.
The books I read:

The Defining Decade: Why Your Twenties Matter - And How to Make the Most of Them by Meg Jay
