  • # 25 - Jose Lugo: Why Your Story Matters!

"I had somebody ask me before, if you can go back and talk to your seven-year-old self, six, seven, eight-year-old self, what would you tell him? And I remember my response was, I wouldn't want to tell him anything. I would want him to feel something. I would want him to feel and know that he's loved, truly."

Listen to Jose's story of going through the painful yet transformative journey of overcoming his inner demons and the cards life dealt him early on in his life, this is a powerful excerpt from the full episode which I believe truly encompasses the power of love and determination this human being chooses to share with the world.

  • #22 - Luke Mascall: Determination, Health, Change, Persistence, & Gratitude.

"How do you bounce back from a health scare which can possibly derail the way you live your life forever?"

Luke Mascall is based in Toronto, Canada, and is currently working as a CPA at RSM Canada. This does not define Luke, he is an aspiring athlete having already run multiple marathons and currently preparing for a triathlon. He has had to completely deconstruct his self-image and rebuild it into who he wanted himself to become, I believe through walking through a mental hell that required him to be his own biggest motivator and have the will power to move mountains.
