Today's episode is a short clip from my conversation with Dr.Khalid Sohail who shares with us the dilemma between human suffering and peace, whilst also sharing a great toolkit to use while regulating our emotions.
One of the Key messages I related to is, "The green zone people act, and the yellow zone people react."
This a great message to take with you during the weekend!

Today I'm bringing back a short message from my previous guest Ahmad Jabbir, on how through not giving up after one failure, he choose to follow his intuition, and that led him to get the role of his dreams with an organization he never thought would be possible to work with.

This week I am joined by a special individual Mike Bondo, who is deeply involved in the technology and consulting ecosystem in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mike is an embodiment of persistence, self-belief, constant learning, and the ability to be ameable to change.
One of the key quotes from our conversation is, "The event started 4 months ago, people come for two days and think wow it was nice not understanding the amount of work that went into it beforehand, similarly you don’t see the hard work, struggles, and failures the world only sees the success".

This week's episode is a short and sweet #retrospective with me, about the podcast journey thus far, my thoughts on #selfawareness, #discipline, and crushing #selfdoubt.
The thought I want to convey as follows:
We always know inside us, what is required, what is holding us back, and how we can move forward through action, it may sometimes take a little bit of time, searching, and questioning for us to reach there but with persistence, we can embrace any feelings of discomfort, as the only way to move forward and grow is through discomfort.

Today marks the tenth episode of the "Being Borderless" #podcast, which if I had asked myself 3 months ago I wouldn't have imagined, it's funny how circumstances in our life direct us to places and people we are meant to be/meet, which is a thought for another time.
Today I have grateful to have Ali Abbas Ahmadi, a dear friend, someone who embodies being borderless, a kind human being, and a journalist. We talk about our motivations in life, Ali's journey from India to living in Myanmar, Lebanon, Egypt, and finally, moving to the UK. We discuss the meaning of success, and the human condition, and try to dissect purpose in life.

This week I had the chance to sit with Dr. Khalid Sohail, a renowned psychotherapist, and writer currently running his own practice in the greater Toronto area.
It was an insightful conversation where we discussed his life, the human condition, and how to overcome emotional pain and depression, and learned about his philosophy of living in the green zone which is also the topic of one of the books he has written.
Don't miss out on this episode.
