This week we had a wonderful opportunity to meet the Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, Indy Singh Hothi - an extremely experienced C-level executive.

He gave us great insights into the changing world of business as we hope to emerge from Covid-19, for example: will the economy emulate the events of the last pandemic ? 

This week we meet The Singh Brothers, leaders in User Experience and customer-centric design techniques. Both are Directors of Enable Consulting, Executive Experience Directors at HSBC and Honorary Fellows at Brunel University.

The Brothers were instrumental at SkyTV where they lead design initiatives with the original SkyTV set-up box and SkyQ.

Together we explore: Nudge design/behavioural techniques, new innovations in retail and how large companies have managed to innovative amongst heavy competition.

Born in East London, at the age of 21 Ben was not destined for success. He barely graduated with a degree in maths and computer science and for the first few years slept on his friend’s floor with several other people.

Since then Ben has overcome many personal and business challenges to create multi-million companies in technology, security, property, hospitality, media, education and training.

He became one of the first technologists to obtain the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer qualification and the Microsoft Certified Trainer award. He has held most of the C-level positions in Marketing, Finance, Editorial, Technology, Security and Risk.

Dr Savi discusses how the world has changed since the inception of tech and explores a variety of leadership techniques.
