We can all resonate with this in one way or another throughout our journey of life.

This is one of the core terms I talk to when it comes to accepting what feeling, experience, situation, space or group we find ourselves in. It’s not always going to be in your comfort zone. 

Nor should it, we cannot have it all ourway. If you have heard the saying ‘ I can’t have my cake and eat it too?’ That could happen, you could well get that full cake and scorf it all down for yourself. That would be satisfying right? Well I know you know that isn’t sustainable or even realistic, at some points in different situations and times we find ourselves in. We soon realise that we have to be able to be comfortable in the uncomfortable. 

Not for everyone, but I hope you can grab some of this narrative to embed into yours.
