- Certain sports have different "rules" about celebs and it's annoying

-Of course, lots of Mets talk. And RIP Seymour Wiener ;(

-And lastly, a TV roundup of what we are and are not watching. You know Toni-ann goes off on tangents here. Spoilers beware.

-Toni-ann is enjoying the week between her old and new job

-RIP Pope Francis... and you know what that means... CONCLAVE TIME! Toni-ann is hoping for the Young, Hot Pope we spoke about a while ago. Not sure what will happen but stay tuned all you Christians (and non-Christians too!)

-HBO Max is very ahead of the accessibility curve adding ASL versions of their shows, and it really threw Toni-ann for a loop since she discovered it by accident.

-Jess discusses how she's really trying to expand her palette by trying to like seltzer and it just isn't working

-And we discuss the "new" Oscars rule that we can't believe wasn't a rule before.

Welcome Back and Happy Birthday to our girl Toni-ann! 

In this episode we are getting life updates from Toni-ann and discussing her first Citi Field Trip of the Season (and all Mets things this week as usual)

Jess is sharing all the absurd things she has been seeing while driving lately. 

And just like everyone else in the world, we have OPINIONS about the girls trip to space.

-Justin Bieber has the people concerned, and Reign Disick is weighing in that he is not his dad

-Torpedo Bats AKA the Rocket Tech of the MLB IYKYK, this segment is for the early 2000s softball girlies 

-Pete Alonso's new nickname in the Canova House (sorry/you're welcome Pete).

Baseball Season is officially back, which means your hosts are back to be completely unhinged (pretend there was a time we weren't)! Here's what we are chatting about this week:

-Jess's crazy day leading up to her 20 week scan

-Toni-ann tried a new app for discounted food but somehow still managed to mess up in the kitchen with TAKEOUT

-JonasCon looked great, but terrifying at the same time

-Baseball season is back, so we are obviously talking about the Mets. We are very excited, so you know what that means, time for disappointment! We are going into this knowing the 2025 Mets will not be the same as the 2024 Mets. We also have to rag on the Yankees, because they are trying to be the Mets soooo bad all of a sudden. They feel the city shifting and the fans are SALTY.

That's the rundown for the week and LETS GO METS!

We wish we could say the title of this week's episode has some deep meaning, but Toni-ann just couldn't stop saying this dumb phrase all week, and we thought it might be a catchy title for you all. So there you go!

This week, we discuss:

-St Paddy's Day festivities, including going out in NYC as usual, which further proved once again that the Irish LOVE St. Patrick's Day, don't let the American haters fool you. We both try our best to explain the history of St. Patrick's Day and why he was such a famous saint, and we are probably 99% wrong with our storytelling, so sue us. Also, Elf on a Shelf is bad enough, PLEASE stop making up more things like this Leprechaun Trap crap!

-Another piece of our childhood has died - Forever 21 announced they are closing all of their stores. Where will the next generation get their "going out tops" now??

-Another part of our childhood that is worth mentioning - Kraft Mac and Cheese actually has a LOT of protein in it. So maybe it's not as bad as people say? As adults, we are going to continue to eat it anyway.

We go off a bunch of other tangents as usual, but those are the highlights. Everyone enjoy, and Thanks for Being Our Friend!

-Some good old Yankees roasting: apparently, they have decided not to play "New York, New York" after losses anymore, AND they are now allowing "well-groomed" beards. Crazy changes for a yawn inducing franchise!

Praise be, this will be the last episode with Jess's TERRRRRIBLE WiFi connection, as she is finally switching providers. Hope you are all as excited as we are.
