Maureen is the founder of Equine Craniosacral Workshops, creatrix of A Cranial Perspective, Equine CranioSacral TV, and Conformation vs Posture - Myths unveiled. Maureen is also my Equine CranioSacral teacher so I am honoured to have her with us today to share her wisdom and experience in the industry.

In this episode we are joined by Rachel Knott from My Animal Matters! Rachel is an intuitive animal communicator, practitioner and teacher of applied zoopharmacognosy, creator of her wonderful online shop through which she sells an array of essential oils, herbs & minerals, hydrosols, and more. In this episode Rachel and I discuss the power of seeing everything in our lives as feedback, even when we may not consider it to be initially. Rachel shares her views on animals as a mirror for our evolution and we also have a chat with her amazing canine companion Darcy!

Darcy reminds us that in life there is really only one thing to 'let go of' and that is the idea of letting go in and of itself. It was such a pleasure to bring Darcy onto the podcast and I loved hearing the profound love in her simple, to the point answers to my questions. May this episode be a reminder to all of us that the feedback of life is all around us, all we need to 'do' is BE and LISTEN.

In this episode I am joined by bodyworker and healer Laura Shakeshaft. Laura is a multi-faceted practitioner who utilises her wide range of modalities to help bring balance, harmony, rhythm, and safety to horses and humans. Based in South Wales Laura has been treating my herd of horses since their move in October 2024. I have been very impressed with Laura's expanse of knowledge and experience which is why I asked her to join us on the podcast. In this episode Laura and I discuss her less well known modality - Amnanda.

Amnanda is an Ayurvedic treatment combining the use of specific oil combinations, very light hands on touch, mantra, and intention. Treatments span over a period of 12 months with monthly sessions enabling the body to settle into the framework over a consistent period of time. Amnanda stems from an ancient Tibetan lineage and is a highly effective and encouraging approach to sustainable healing.

Laura and I also touch on the power of cultivating safety, horses' innate healing intelligence within the body, and what is means to get out our own way when it comes to being a practitioner.

As of today, Laura is the only practitioner working with animals in Europe. She is running courses in South Wales and other areas of the UK throughout the year.

Angela from Equine Elevation returns for another round with us! In this episode Angela and I explore the beautiful topic of sacred partnership between horse and human. Angela's newly co-created container 'The Art of Sacred Partnership' is a major centrepiece of this episode. She shares with us a little bit about her journey with her incredible mare Dido, and how much inspiration, growth, and revelation can come from showing up in devotion to a greater picture. Angela's commitment to the unknown, to throwing her hands up and saying ' show me another way ' is as inspirational as it is profound, choosing to surrender time and time again to the art of sacred partnership, regardless of whether she knew it or not at the time is the medicine which has brought this container, and episode to us today.

In this slightly longer episode I had the pelasure of sitting down with one of my dearest friends and soul sisters Lorretta Perrella. Lorretta is a horsewoman, entrepreneur, founder of Love Fully Live Freely, intimacy coach, sex educator, and toaist bodyworker.

I LOVED having this conversation with Lorretta, together we discuss her journey with her mare Amina. How she transitioned from the more traditional horsemanship to the tantric path, and what it means to actually let go of the ways we think we need to be with / around horses, and step into something greater, more expansive, real, and ultimately more full of love. Lorretta also shares how Amina held space for her at a pinnacle point of her evolution, the turning point so many of us have experienced, that place where the known gives way to the unknown. 

Lorretta's wisdom carries our conversation forward with fun and vulnerability.

I find the tantric path fascinating and believe it is our birthright to reclaim our own sexual energy as a way of fully embracing our passions and purpose. Having Lorretta join us on the podcast was such an honour and we hope you enjoy this episode!
