I spent the weekend Volunteering at Manchester Pride and i learned some new things about transgender people. Glad i volunteered xx

I have decided to train for white collar fighter which is a 8 week boxing programme snd st the end of the eight weeks, you fight another person you have trained with. In the process you raise money for your chosrn charity mine is @centrepointuk and @42ndstreetmcr both help young prople struggling with homelessness and mental help.

If it’s a podcast you have been thinking about starting get started, yeah the first one won’t be great but who cares you started. The same with the blog or singing public speaking what ever it is get started.

Today I had the amazing opportunity to experience the GMCA and learn some get teaching. One of the biggest teaching was of the greater Manchester Mayor on how to be a chair person! Sit with leaders the conversations different xx

What a difference a year makes. I have gone from nothing to getting ready to run the New York marathon..... Eeeeks xx
