Texas contracts can be IRONCLAD if filled out correctly.  Things you need to remember as a Listing agent is WHO YOU REPRESENT?  Always do what is in the best interest of your clients.  Don't be afraid of a counter on terms in the contract if the buyers agent didn't fill it out correctly.  But above all BE PRESENT in Real Estate - meaning, be knowledgeable, kind and professional.   This is how we change the image of our industry and promote value!  Listen in as Danielle Tucker Shepard, Broker of Always Here Properties talks about his very real subject from her OWN experience!
