This episode was again made on my deck, and this message was brought to me by drum roll please…….. my spirit guides, my intuition, my inner knowledge, source, god, or whatever you believe in. I believe that since we are all pure light, pure consciousness, that we have the ability to know; all the answers we seek are within us. I am working on a new episode for eating disorder healing, and what practices we can implement to start loving ourselves again, and eating with mindfulness. Once again, I’m so incredibly happy to have a space to share my thoughts and ideas and I hope someone finds them comforting, or at least fun to listen to.
