    2. When you see decision fatigue in someone else but they don’t see it yet.

  • What does success look like for decision fatigue?

In episode 14, we ask the question - "What does success look like as we discuss decision fatigue?"

Is success never experiencing decision fatigue again? No.
Is success always making decisions easily? No.
Is success making good or right decisions every time? No.

Success is not that you won't ever experience seasons or days of decision fatigue.
Success is a shift in mindset, a peace about your decisions, and a trained muscle.

Listen as Will and Eloise talk about what success is for them as they navigate decision making and seasons of decision fatigue in our personal and professional lives.

  • How Space and Silence Reduce Decision Fatigue

In episode 12 we discuss that most people don't have the space and time in their lives to think through decisions, process change, and allow the mind space.
We discuss how implementing long term practices and in-the-moment techniques can help to calm the mind to make better decisions. We share several variations of our long term practices and how they can reduce decision fatigue by allowing us the space and time to process the thoughts, options, and situations they find ourselves in each week, month, and season.

When we don't have time to process, think, or sit in silence, it is harder to make wise big decisions or quick small decisions. When you don't dedicate time to quiet, silence, journaling, prayer - you end up wasting more time ruminating and stressing over decisions. You will actually save time if you dedicate a short amount time each week to silence or alone time. We discuss different practices that have worked for us and ones that we have been hesitant to try.

And in those moments of chaos or when a lot of decisions need to be made quickly, you need to find ways to break the script, gain perspective, and calm down.
We give 3 simple ways you can break the script of ruminating thoughts in order to gain control over your mind.

At the end of each beingwell episode, they will leave you with a reflection question to help you process how decision fatigue affects your life. This week we want you to ask yourself - What are 3 ways you can incorporate space and silence into your life to give yourself time to process, to make better decisions and to find peace?

  • When You Feel Stuck After A Big Decision Is Made

On episode 9 of the Decision Fatigue series, Will and Eloise talk about the most important thing you need in your life when you feel stuck during or after you have made a big decision. We aren't meant to do life, business, or career alone. We need different relationships in our lives to help us through personal or professional decisions. We talk which relationships are best for specific conversations and decisions. And how to have the conversations with each type of relationship so that its beneficial to both.

And on the flip side, we discuss when you are the person that is listening and helping others through decisions, what is most helpful. "Making up wisdom" or having the answer or giving advice is not always the most helpful for someone else. The answer might not be ready yet. Or it might be in them, not you.

At the end of each beingwell episode, they will leave you with a reflection question to help you process how decision fatigue affects your life. This week we want you to ask yourself - Who are 3 people who you trust and talk to about career/business decisions and personal decisions?

How Do You Identify Your Priorities?
