In 2022, it's time to be smarter and more responsible for my adult life. Start from saving money and see how far it'd go.

My 2021 was full of nothing. Nothing really changed. Nothing exciting. But I have learned a lot in 2021. I started my therapy to learn my emotions and feelings. I started to say no to things and people that I don't feel uncomfortable with. I started to have followers who share a lot in common. Life continues and things will get better. 

My friend came to visit me yesterday. We were just sitting in the garage and trying to follow the protocol. It was quite funny how we could gather during the pandemic. But you know what, you gotta do what you gotta do. 

Do you know when you feel resentful not because you hate someone but because you hate yourself not being able to be that "someone"? So you start to feel resentful.

Do you know there is a difference between envy and jealousy? That is, envy sometimes contains hostile feelings while jealousy actually can be a compliment.

So glad that Brene Brown's new book just arrived on time. The design of it is just topnotch. And the content, of course, is fantastic as usual. If you are looking for a book that answers your emotion questions, this is THE ONE!

There is no topic today. Really just chatting about how I've been feeling.

You know... sometimes it's just so difficult to hear something that you don't want to. Then you are from I want like the comments to be like I don't like this person. Have you ever had this moment?

This is something that I really just do it unconsciously. Sometime it can be good, but sometimes it can really have a bad impact.

I hate crying when I get angry. It makes me look weak. But, I AM NOT!
