Leading In the Midst of Chaos with Pastor James Byensi of the Congo

Imagine leading a rebuilding effort in the epicenter of intense rebel warfare while multinational interests extract natural resources that are used in the production of mobile phones, laptops, and nearly every kind of electronic device.

While many would be overwhelmed or run away, Pastor James and his wife, Riziki, are on the front lines bringing churches and souls back to life through provisions of food, medical and trauma care, vocational training, education, restoration of churches and communities, peace and reconciliation conferences, and much more despite constant threats to their life.

Pastor Drew Sams took an opportunity to sit down with Pastor James to hear about the work that he does as the founder of the Rebuilders Ministry and how listeners can better lead in the midst of chaos in our own situations at home.
