Well since I had nothing to do today I sat for 1 hour to speak to customer service and in the end my earphones cable failed me by touching the screen and ending the call after waiting for 1 hour and also being so close to getting a representative but they did get a earful in the form of an email.

When you are lazy you don't think about the phrase a stitch in time saves 9. You just wanna eat, chill and deal with your stuff and be oblivious to the world.
