In this episode, Daniel Aipa of The Ku Project sits down with Shar Tui'asoa of Punky Aloha to learn about her journey toward becoming a Pasifika illustrator and muralist.  She shares her ups and downs of finding herself and her calling of becoming an artist that has now worked with companies such as Disney, Amazon Prime Video, Guess, AT&T, and local businesses like Foodland, Manoa Chocolate, and Hawaii Business Magazine.

Born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii Shar struggled to find what she was meant to do but was surrounded by a great support system that believed in her and wanted her to succeed.  She shares a positive message for all of us to remember to uplift others who are just beginning in their journey because you were once in their shoes.
