I didn’t always feel as Confident or have as much self- belief as I do now , but when I took off the mask that I thought was protecting me and opened my mind and decided it's time to show up authentically as me and did what I was passionate about , the magic happened.

Authenticity is about being genuine, sincere and real 

 There might be times when being authentic requires that you acknowledge aspects of yourself that you would prefer to hide away, or to make unpopular decisions. However, in the end it will allow you to live a life that you actually want to live. Have a business you can be proud of. 

There is usually an underlying fear behind not being your true self.

It can be the fear of getting hurt, being rejected, being unloved, being judged or feeling inadequate. We sometimes do it to avoid being emotionally triggered, with guilt or shame, which can lead us to sacrifice our authenticity but what we actually do is sacrifice so much more than that. 

What you resist persists..

You may have heard that saying many times before, but have you really thought deeply about it?  

If you are resisting something in your mind you aren’t believing it can happen for you. There will be doubt and uncertainty around it and you will end up stopping what you want coming into your life 

Yes your thoughts are THAT powerful, your feelings even more so, but it starts with a thought, everything does.
