In today's episode we will see that Jesus is better. Better than anything. We cannot experience abundant life apart from Him.

In today's episode we will see how Jesus is indeed God. He is made clear in Chapters 7 & 8 of John's text. We either walk in darkness or in light and that Jesus, Himself, is the source of light and living water.

There is a long history, Biblically, of people trying to make themselves equal with God. In today's lesson we will see how Jesus is the only one to share unity with God and the examples of how He does.

Jesus is on a mission to show the Salvation He brings is for the whole world, not just for a special few. In John 4 we are introduced to racial and gender barriers in place at that time. The big twist of the Book of John is that Jesus seems to "pick the wrong girl". She doesn't fit. Yet, this is the whole purpose Jesus chose her. Jesus came to save everyone!

When we experience fear we are tempted to run to places of refuge and may times we choose things other than the place of refuge God provides. This week we see how God is the better refuge.
