We talk about the 90’s Horrorcore genre started by the RZA’s group Gravediggaz, and their album 6 Feet Deep. This episode is great for a festive listen. One has not lived until one has heard the escapades and antics of Kris aka Kristoph AKA (Instagram) @taste_of_entropy. Kris joins the crew this week to discuss and rate the Hip Hop classic Blazing Arrow by Blackalicious. It’s pretty clear the BtF kats are fans of Gift of Gab and Chief Xcel.  But back to Kris… he demonstrates that he is an one book with a range of subjects breaching beer thieving antics, impoverished upbringing, and sexual exploits… romantic hijinks, and daring feats of erotic exploration. Jazz has a moment to get some shit off his chest, Bora chimes in with precision timing (he and Kris are like an old married couple when it comes to feeding off each other), and Identities divulges a tale of the Boise fight scene.

Belotheflo Podcast Episode 12 In this episode of Belotheflo, the gang review one of Jose’s favorite albums of all time, the 2010 release Grey Crow by Eligh. Jazz shares a feel good family story, and Jose and Bora shit on a fantasy football trade that Jazz made in their league.

The first of the Living Legends crew takes some heat from the Belo the Flobots. Eligh’s 2010 solo album Grey Crow is the subject of this cast in which the fellas have some dated discussion on Fantasy Football. But this ‘guest-less’ episode peruses some comical subject’s like Jose’s daytime drinking, Bora sings the Chili Peppers, and Jazz takes some blows for some Fantasy Football moves.

Note: In ful disclosure, Jazz ended up winning the league mentioned in this episode.

In an episode without the pod-daddy, Jazz, Jose and Bora are joined by their pal Kiki AKA Chief Edit AKA Two Keys AKA Kekane AKA Kaka to discuss the classic concept album Deltron 3030. The gang talk about their favorite white rappers and also play a guess the lyrics gam (Bora wins per usual). The guys also talk about how they came up with their Hip Hop names and also share some funny hip hop related things they found on twitter.

Short Story Bingo creator and Host Nate Chacon AKA Gabino Grhymes AKA Syncronice joins the Belo the Flo team to kick around thoughts about the 2017 Logic release Everybody. The beige rapper/producer receives high praise and slight critique.

The Belo the Flo squad take it back to the Platinum Era of Hip Hop to review the Royce da 5’9″ 2001 debut release Rock City. Opinions about the album differ, but one thing is for certain… Bora’s little league football coach knows how to “pump up” his team before the game by jamming some classics in his van. We have a special featured guest Applestem AKA Charlie Apple AKA Chuck AKA Charl-less Holmes who founded the group Blue Collar Theory with Belo the Flo cast-member, Identities AKA Jose. The crew also shares songs of nostalgia that transport them to the days of talent-show rapping and ’96 maxima space cruises.
