18 year old Victoria Barrios was shot and killed on August 30, 2019 in San Ana, California. Police believe it was a drive by shooting (gang related) where unfortunately, Victoria and her friend were the unintended victims. Surveillance footage was released showing a maroon or red colored SUV that allegedly was responsible for her death. The FBI, in conjunction with the Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID), released an affidavit (July 2nd) regarding the Guillen case. I go over it and give my thoughts. The Army CID was indeed investigating Robinson since April 28th or so and Aguilar mid June. Guillen's body was found June 30th along the Leon River.
