Design Research - Day 1

Everyone’s talking about the need for a research repository. Several companies have built their own solutions internally including Uber’s Kaleidoscope, WeWork’s Polaris, and Microsoft’s Human Insights Library. In this talk, I'll touch on the pain points repositories try to solve and explore five principles to keep in mind for creating a successful research repository in your organization.
