We live in a world of distraction, the world puts us in default: to do list, schedules and other peoples demands. We find ourselves not accomplishing what you want, sometimes even living on impulse rather than by design. Intentional thriving is accomplished by awareness, openness, coming to know our true self on every level from the genetics to the large world view.

How do we level up, how do we become more than what we think we are or have been told we are? It is about progressing to a goal despite challenge, using an intentional approach.
