Wrapping up today's show is "Things to Do Do", the Friday staple game for a chance at prizes.

You may remember when Nik walked on a tightrope across the mighty Niagara Falls back in 2015, and he's back for another death-defying stunt this spring.

 

This time, he'll be traversing over an 1,800 foot long mouth of the Masaya volcano in Nicaragua. 

 

It's the first attempt of its kind over an active, live, volcano.  Making things even more dangerous is the fact the the Masaya is one of the few volcanoes to actually feature lava pools.  Safe to say, Nik is risking it all on this one.

Since we're not too familiar with Evans, we decided to open up the phones to Evans/Angola residents to fill us in on what's hot down there.  Even if some of the bars are closed on Saturday, 97 Rock listeners produced a solid list.

Local boy gone big, comedian Matt Bergman, caught up with us.  He's headlining Rob's Comedy Playhouse this weekend, without his wife.  This guy decided to work on Valentine's Day rather than spend time with her.  Would not recommend.

 

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz checked in.  He's promoting his major 2020 proposal for a new convention center in downtown Buffalo.  Is it expensive?  Yes.  But Mark's convinced this project will reap dividends for western New Yorkers for decades to come.

 

And back for another year is Mr. Skin, with his 21st annual "Anatomy Awards".
