The 1990's was another eventful decade for York City with promotion achieved via the play-offs at the old Wembley Stadium in 1993, establishing a reputation for League Cup giant killing with wins over Manchester United and Everton before relegation back to the old Division 3 in 1999. Here, club legends Jon McCarthy, Nigel Pepper, Dean Kiely and Andy McMillan all give their insights into that period at Bootham Crescent.
