(48:34-58:08) – Gaming law and sports betting attorney Daniel Wallach of Wallach Legal LLC makes his first appearance on the show to look at the legal case against Zion Williamson filed by his former marketing agent Gina Ford who claims he wasn’t a student-athlete due to improper benefits and shouldn’t have been able to nullify their contract. If Zion was determined to not have been a student-athlete by definition of North Carolina law his claim to nullify his previous contract agreement with Gina and her marketing agency.
