A man (Van Heflin) suffering from a brain injury appears to have strangled his wife. When he is committed to a mental hospital, the doctor assigned his case (Janet Leigh) is skeptical about his claim of innocence and his reluctance to undergo treatment.

As she works with him, however, she begins to doubt his guilt and puts her career on the line to try to save him.

Life at Fort Laramie on the Western frontier was rough on soldiers. For the wives living on the post it was even harder.

A young trooper is assigned to Company B and is about to leave on a mission that may very likely result in a major battle with the Cheyenne. At the same time his young wife is due to deliver their first baby. To complicate matters, the post surgeon will be accompanying the men on their mission.

Outstanding story told from a woman's point of view. Helen Kleeb is tremendous as the bitter older woman in the story.

Tales of the Texas Rangers - Nighthawk

When two teenagers go to lovers' lane to park after a school dance, they are approached by a stranger with a gun who robs them and attempts to kidnap the girl.

Jace Pearson is called in from the Texas Rangers to investigate with the local sheriff. When another robbery attempt the next night results in a murder, Jace has his hands full trying to find the killer.

Outstanding acting and sound effects. Notice how realistic the initial attack sounds in the opening sequences. As always, great police procedural.

Escape! - "A Good Thing"

Two brothers travel into the Philippine jungle for the purpose of studying an ancient native tribe. Only one returns.

Dan lives in a run down hotel in Manila where he spends all of his time drinking. When Matthew, his brother, arrives he tries to get Dan to stop drinking.

He tells Dan of his plan to go into the jungle so he can do research for a book he is writing about a native tribe of headhunters. He thinks it will help Dan to go with him.

Dan reluctantly agrees to go with his brother -- but for reasons of his own that have nothing to do with Matthew's book.

Molly is not a big fan of his plan, but, supportive wife that she is, goes along with Fibber to make the purchase. When McGee goes to sell his books to a collector, however, he is in for a big surprise.

Watch for the wonderful tongue twister that is included in this episode.

Marlowe is hired by Hattie Pembrooke to protect her nephew, a young man Phil describes as a "millionaire, thrill-seeking screwball."

Hattie explains that she has received an anonymous letter stating Page's life is in danger.

Marlowe traces the young man to a carnival in Oxnard where he discovers Page has joined an airplane daredevil act.
