Two-time world champion Regis "Rougarou" Prograis chats with Cynthia for BWBSP ahead of his fight against a formidable opponent, former world champion Jack Catterall. Prograis is looking to become a three-time world champion but is going back to the lions den to make his dream come true. Prograis is no stranger going to battle in some hard-hitting wars. Prograis is ready to take on battle-tested Catterall, after their first fight was postponed due to Catterall suffering an injury. Prograis talks about having another extended fight camp, what he did right and what he did wrong in preparing for Haney, how the Haney loss affected him, and knowing that Catterall is the best opponent to put him into position to fight for another world title. Prograis talks about his true love for boxing and how much longer he decides to stay in boxing before he retires for good.

World-renowned trainer Bob Santos chats with Cynthia for BWBSP and reveals the beautiful story of heavyweight contenders and also brothers Dainier Pero and his older brother, Lenier Pero. Santos has trained Lenier in the past and currently trains Dainier. Santos has no hesitation if he would have to choose between which brother IF they ever fought each other, which brother his loyalty lies with.

Santos' other fighter, the current Interim WBC Welterweight champion Mario Barrios, will be fighting battle-tested and knock-out artist Abel Ramos for the WBC Welterweight title on the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson card, November 15 at AT&T Stadium. He talks about how they landed that fight on the biggest card this year!

Santos also talks about wanting to see Canelo vs. Terence Crawford and Terence Crawford vs. Teofimo Lopez fights happen in the near future, why he believes they happen and why it's good for the sport and some fun predictions.
