Anyone remember Detective Alonzo Harris from Training Day?  Well that's Payne this football season, in particular at the end of the movie when it comes to Bengals fans.  A Super Bowl matchup nobody saw coming has been nothing but a social media dance for our loyal fans in Cincinnati.  The Bengals have miraculously driven their magic carpet straight to Los Angeles and our guys are attacking this game from a variety of angles.  Of course the sexy pick will be taking a side in this game, but your options are open for business here.  Payne and Todd look at the line, moneyline, game total, and a truckload of props from pregame to postgame.  It all starts with with one roller coaster offense to another that has been firing on all cylinders this postseason.  With two weeks to prepare, does Joe Burrow go from a torn ACL to Bengals immortality?  Can Matthew Stafford join his longtime friend Clayton Kershaw and finally get an elusive ring that will cement his legacy and career?  Will Von Miller go 2 for 2 in Super Bowl MVP's?  So much to chew on and we're glad you've been with us from training camp to Super Bowl 56.  Best of luck as always and don't forget to pay close attention to the $300 cash contest rules!

A drama filled Divisional Round didn't disappoint after a lackluster Wild Card weekend.  Four games resulting in walk-off wins and nothing was more theatrical than Bills-Chiefs at Arrowhead.  A game that might have ripped the soul out of Bills Mafia is one they won't soon forget.  Todd and Payne recap the game and highlight how things truly unfolded.  While Bills fans are in distress, help is on the way for a few fan bases across the NFL.  Newly hired coaches are signing their deals and the guys chew on those moves for a bit.
Outside of the coaching ranks, we have the AFC and NFC Championship Games.  From Mahomes vs. Allen to Mahomes vs. Burrow, Kansas City will be decorated with talent across the field.  These two teams locked up in a rather head-scratching game Week 17 in a contest which saw the Bengals erase a double digit deficit and shock the Chiefs.  If Cincinnati is going to go 2-0 this season against the Chiefs, they'll need to be better.  The offensive line for the Bengals has been swiss cheese as evident by the nine sacks surrendered last week against the Titans.  Unlike their previous two opponents, the Bengals can not rely on fields goals by Evan McPherson to carry them in a shootout.  This is the deepest the Bengals have been in the postseason in since 1988, can Joe Burrow continue his unworldly climb to the top of the quarterback ladder without protection?
Divide and conquer will be the theme in Los Angeles with the Rams and San Francisco 49ers.  Division rivals that flat out hate each other should set things up nicely in a primetime affair.  While it doesn't have quite the ring as Dodgers-Giants, rest assured, there is no love lost between Northern and Southern California natives.  The 49ers have dominated this matchup in recent years and they swept the season series to get here.  The Rams were one of the sexy picks early and now they're here, but some troubling losses to San Fran and Arizona forced them to play at Tampa Bay last week.  Nevertheless, this game will feature a lot of "nasty" in the trenches.  What will Kyle Shanahan do to get Deebo Samuel the ball and how can Sean McVay rid himself of a nagging nemesis?

    ▶️ BEST BET 💰 (1:27:01)
Good things come to those that wait and the fellas took some time to break everything down with an excellent weekend in the NFL. The Bengals took care of business and broke a string of playoff impotence by winning a postseason game for the first time in 31 years. Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase did work, but now they take their act to Tennessee where a rested and probably rusty Derrick Henry awaits. Check the postseason splits on Ryan Tannehill in his wins and losses because Todd and Payne highlight a few things outside of the Titans workhorse running back. Where are the advantages for Tennessee defensively and can they limit the explosive plays from the Bengals attack?
San Francisco was the lone dog that covered and won outright last week, but things get taken to a different level when they face Aaron Rodgers. While there are concerns with the health of Jimmy Garoppolo, the status of Nick Bosa and Fred Warner are massive question marks. San Francisco made life feel like hell for Dak Prescott by mostly attacking with their front 4. Can they deliver the same heat on a frigid day in Lambeau?
The Rams looked the part last week when they dismantled Arizona. How much of that was the Rams finally playing balanced football and how much of that was Kliff Kingsbury going into his annual nosedive to end the season? Tampa Bay has some injury concerns of their own on the offensive line and that must bring great joy to Aaron Donald, Von Miller, and Leonard Floyd. By the way, how impressive did Cam Akers look coming off of an achilles injury just a few months ago?
The mother of all night caps takes place at Arrowhead and we hope this game doesn’t end (hint, hint). The Bills absolutely torched the New England Patriots in executing a perfect game offensively. With every drive ending in touchdowns, what does Buffalo do for an encore? Speaking of torching, KC put the Steelers to bed last week once their offense woke up in the 2nd quarter. All pistons are firing for the 2x defending AFC Champs and now it’s a matter of spreading the wealth if you are Patrick Mahomes. This has the makings of an instant classic!

▶️ Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams (1:23:19)
    ▶️ BEST BET 💰 (1:38:!4)
Derek Carr might look at this season as his best; Carr has kept the Raiders afloat and a dramatic Week 18 victory got Las Vegas into the playoffs. This will be Carr’s first look at postseason action and he’ll do so with pistols firing against Joe Burrow. The former Heisman Trophy winner recovered from ACL surgery and has been lights out to end the season. Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, Tyler Boyd, and Tee Higgins have been pivotal to the arial attack of Cincy. Not forgotten for the Bengals faithful has been Joe Mixon. A model of consistency, the Bengals provide great balance to keep Maxx Crosby and the Raiders front 4 off balance.
Balance will be an issue in Buffalo with weather being another factor in this game. Bills Mafia will be at full capacity when kickoff happens at 8:15pm EST so you can expect a well lubricated fan base. Mac Jones didn’t fare well to end the season, but does that mean he’s hit a wall? On the other sideline, how does Josh Allen combat his issues throwing in poor weather conditions?
Tampa Bay is looking to go from one coast to another in a few weeks. The defending champs are now engaged with a repeat on their minds. In order to get to Sofi Stadium they’ll need to take care of business against a pesky Eagles squad. The NFC East was a dog of a division this year, but credit the coaching staff finding a way to make things work with Jalen Hurts. Bruce Arians tried to make things work with Antonio Brown, but he was shown the door. With Tom Brady not having Chris Godwin and Brown, is it all about Mike Evans and Rob Gronkowski.
There are eyes on all six games this weekend, but we expect a heavy dose of attention in Jerry’s World. 49ers versus Cowboys gives us a ’90’s type of feel. Gone are the days of Steve Young, Troy Aikman, and gas being $1.50 a gallon, but that doesn’t mean this will lack theatrics. San Francisco will attack with Deebo Samuel via land and air, but the defense led by Nick Bosa is what Dallas should be worried about. Can Dak Prescott and his offense stay ahead of the chains by avoiding long down and distances? Can Dallas score touchdowns inside the red zone?
A double digit road dog has no chance at Kansas City right? It’s last call for Big Ben and a date at Arrowhead Stadium for his Steelers is where things appear to be ending. Does that mean an upset can’t happen? Hell no. Will it though?
The quarterback with the most pressure is playing Monday night and that’s Matthew Stafford. Traded for in the offseason, Stafford hasn’t looked like the early season MVP and that must worry Rams fans. Arizona and Los Angeles split their season series with each team winning on the road. Pro bettors believe these are two “sell” teams, but is there a better way of approaching this game?

  • Georgia vs Alabama Pick + NFL Week 18 Predictions: 2022 National Championship Best Bet
Place your National Championship Bet at Fanduel.com/BetTheBoard and Win 30 to 1 on your Money!
The College Football National Championship Game and NFL Week 18 is HERE!  Todd and Payne are back to break down six of this week's biggest games from a point spread perspective including a BEST BET.  The fellas provide crucial matchup analysis and key metrics to help get you to the FanDuel betting window and cash your bets and daily fantasy football lineups.
In-depth previews for the National Title Game & NFL Week 18 include:
▶️ Georgia Bulldogs vs Alabama Crimson Tide (3:02)
▶️ Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals (25:10)
▶️ San Francisco 49ers at Los Angeles Rams (33:33)
▶️ John Sheeran Sports Book Report (46:15)
▶️ Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders (1:01:45)
▶️ Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens (1:12:00)
▶️ New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons (1:13:14)
    ▶️ BEST BET 💰 (1:19:28)
Well they started fast and now they are looking to finish strong.  The SEC offers a rematch in the National Title Game with Alabama taking on Georgia in a game that means a whole lot more for the Dawgs this time around.  Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young was fantastic in Round 1, but how does he navigate the Bama offense in Act II?  Georgia's defense wasn't able to bring Bryce to the ground in the SEC Title game, let's see if Kirby can make the necessary adjustments on that side of the ball.  They say the third time is a charm.  Offensively for Georgia, what does Stetson Bennett do this go-round against a depleted Alabama secondary?  When in doubt, how does the public manage a Nick Saban vs. Kirby Smart matchup?
Coaching matchups in the NFL are just as intriguing, look no further that 49ers vs. Rams.  Kyle Shanahan absolutely owns Sean McVay and he'll have to do it again in the final game of the regular season to guarantee a playoff spot.  The 49ers shouldn't even be in this position with all the firepower they have but this is the position they've put themselves in.  Arizona still has something to play for even if Seattle doesn't.  Is this Russell Wilson's last game with Pete Carroll?  Can Kliff Kingsbury steer this ship in the right direction to avoid another late season burnout?  Chargers vs Raiders will be fun.  Las Vegas has been left for dead on more than one occasion because of all the drama surrounding the organization but Derek Carr has somehow kept this organization and team afloat.  The swan song for Big Ben in Pittsburgh is behind us and oddly enough, his Steelers still have a shot at a playoff spot. Pittsburgh needs some help and a win at Baltimore to secure a playoff bid.  Pittsburgh isn't the only team in need of some help, take a look at the Saints.  After Jameis Winston went down all hope appeared to be lost for the Saints.  With a fantastic defense in the Bayou, can New Orleans make life hell one last time for Matt Ryan and get some much needed aid from the Rams?

  • NFL Week 17 Monday Night Football: Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers Pick, Predictions, Odds
Place all your Bets at Fanduel.com/BetTheBoard and start with $1,000 Risk Free!
One final game to put Week 17 to bed and it's a must-win game, but not for the team you would've expected it to be. After a great start to open up the year, the Browns have been eliminated from postseason contention and some how the Steelers are still alive. In what will likely be his last game at Heinz Field, Ben Roethlisberger will try to fire his final bullets into the heart of an AFC North rival and have it mean something. If Pittsburgh wins tonight, they keep their playoff hopes alive with a meeting at Baltimore to end the year. If the Steelers lose, they join the Browns with a look at vacation plans. For all the quarterback talk in Pittsburgh, the Browns will be looking at their signal caller to see if he's worth an additional investment.
▶️ Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers (40:12)
Todd and Payne cover all the huge story lines from Sunday with a new edition of the GOOD, BAD, and UGLY.  The two also normally set the stage for Week 18 with opening lines and how they've adjusted from the look-ahead point spreads from last week, but most of the action as been taken off the board.

    ▶️ BAD (22:48)

▶️ Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers (51:58)
One final week in the regular season and we ... oh hey wait a minute, we've been gifted an extra game by football royalty so let's try to capitalize on the action.  Last final NFL podcast of 2021 gives us games with playoff implications and it starts in Jerry's World.  The Cowboys are fighting for a first round bye but they'll need some help.  Dallas lit the world on fire last week but does that mean we'll get a repeat performance?  Arizona is sputtering to the finish line and there are several reasons for that.  Does all the blame have to fall squarely on the shoulders of Kyler Murray or can we look at to Kliff Kingsbury too? Miami is on fire but who have the beat?  Does the streak end in Nashville on Sunday?  The Dolphins are the first team in NFL history to lose seven straight and then win seven in a row.  Looking at their schedule, you could probably identify why that was the case.  Sean Mcvay's Rams took care of business in Minnesota last week and now they get a hobbled Ravens squad.  After giving it "a go" during Wednesday's practice, Lamar Jackson was shelved on Thursday setting up another Tyler Huntley start.  With Baltimore fighting for their playoff lives, can they get help from a Matthew Stafford interception or two?  Chiefs and Bengals has the makings of a fire fight, but does it work both ways?  Joe Burrow trashed Baltimore last week and wasn't afraid to talk about it either.  Amassing over 500 yards and 4 touchdowns, Burrow and the Bengals will do everything they can to secure a playoff bid and AFC North divisional crown but it won't be easy.  Kansas City is in a groove thanks to its defense and offense being on the same page.  Is this the best team in the AFC?  Vikings lost Adam Thielen for the season and they continue to lose one-score games.  Do we expect anything different at Lambeau Field for Sunday Night Football?  Aaron Rodgers was asked about retirement recently and he spun it in a few directions. The all-time leader in Packers history for touchdowns doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon, but is the Green Bay defense?

  • College Football Playoff Picks and Predictions: Georgia vs Michigan, Alabama vs Cincinnati
Place your Championship Week Bets at Fanduel.com/BetTheBoard and make 30 to 1 on your Money by Picking the Winner in Either Game!
The College Football Playoffs kickoff on New Years so the boys are back to break down both games with Picks and Predictions.  Todd Fuhrman and Payne Insider uncover key metrics, matchups, information, coaching advantages, and injuries to help you make more informed decisions at the FanDuel betting window.  Two games broken down and discussed including a BEST BET.
▶️ Cincinnati Bearcats vs Alabama Crimson Tide (2:55)
▶️ Georgia Bulldogs vs Michigan Wolverines (22:42)
    ▶️ BEST BET 💰 (49:40)
The College Football Playoff is finally here and there are only two games to discuss with major significance.  Georgia and Michigan is a battle of average quarterback play versus elite defenses.  For a team that wasn't on the preseason radar, how much credit does Jim Harbaugh deserve for getting the Wolverines in this spot?  The Bulldogs will roll with Stetson Bennett but with J.T. Daniels now available how short will his leash be?  George Pickens has also passed COVID protocol and will be available.  Based on the stinginess of each defense, could this be a wire-to-wire victory for the team that gets out early?  Better yet, what's the fair price in this game?
On paper, Cincinnati and Alabama should be a one-sided tilt.  Does that mean it will be?  Desmond Ridder is a veteran quarterback who has exercised poise throughout the year and it has paid large dividends for this upstart Bearcats program.  If Cincinnati is able to stymie Alabama, they will need to force Bryce Young into some difficult down and distance situations.  The Heisman Trophy winner has been as good as advertised but he is missing a few things in his arsenal this week including John Metchie.  Does that limit Young's productivity or will the depth of Alabama eventually wear down the G5's best from the AAC?

A decked out Christmas tree has plenty of stocking stuffers for you with seven big game break downs.  San Francisco continues to make a mad dash towards the postseason and with Arizona's loss last week, they're still competing for a division crown.  Titans did all they could statistically at Pittsburgh but still found a way to lose.  Turnovers and being without Derrick Henry have really hindered Tennessee.  With the Titans falling and Indy on the rise, the AFC South should provide quite the finish to the regular season.  Colts don't have a layup this week, but the Cardinals are clearly faltering like they did a season ago.  Despite a monster lead to open up the year, the Cards lost on the road to a 1-win Detroit Lions squad that was a double digit underdog.  Will Jonathan Taylor run wild and will Kyler Murray continue to throw costly interceptions?  Browns and Packers might have been a good game in Week 3, but with Cleveland being a mess and COVID hitting both teams, how does one evaluate this game?  Bengals got the monster win in Denver last week and now they want a sweep.  After hammering the Ravens earlier this year, the Bengals are now vying for the AFC North crown.  Does it happen over the weekend?  Bills-Patriots Part II will not feature Mac Jones handing the ball off 99% of the time ... we think.  Weather will be a factor, but how much?  Is Damien Harris anywhere in sight and how does Buffalo counter the Patriots ground game this time around?  The Washington Football Team has no shot to catch Dallas, but their playoff lives are on the line.  For as good as Dallas has been in the win-loss column, are you impressed?  Miami has been impressive; after starting the year 1-7, the Dolphins have won 6-straight games.  As Todd and Payne were recording, Miami was given a gift by the football gods with reports out of New Orleans that 4th string quarterback Ian Book will start under center for Monday Night Football.

A week that won't end on Monday in the NFL gives a double-header of sorts.  While the Raiders and Browns are the appetizer to Vikings-Bears, the NFL has also given us two more games for Tuesday.  Speaking of games, a one-sided affair in Indy turned into a wild finish as the Patriots made a frantic sprint towards the finish line.  Carson Wentz did nothing through the air, but it was Jonathan Taylor and the Indy defense that shared the spotlight.  Cincinnati did what it had to do on the road.  Winning a game by scoring a mere 15 points is quite the accomplishment, but how is Joe Mixon feeling after the game?  Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, and Leonard Fournette all left the field at different points during the Buccaneers no-show loss versus the Saints.  What does the immediate future look like for the defending champs after losing a bunch of firepower?  How about those Detroit Lions?  A double-digit dog at home only to come out and trash the Arizona Cardinals who are now trending down.  Some teams show absolutely no spirit when losing consistently, but Detroit has plenty of fight for head coach Dan Campbell.  Pittsburgh was out-gained, outgunned, but they stayed clean.  No turnovers from Big Ben and now they are knocking on the doorstep of a playoff birth.  The Dallas Cowboys got the job done in New York and with the NFC East basically sealed, they have their eyes set on something more significant.  While their record is one thing, the Cowboys are getting it done on the side of the ball we didn't expect.
