Hour #2 of this mornings show was an interview with Beth Hennington to promote this weekend big fundraising event for the Salvation Army in Jackson. It was only supposed to be about 30 minutes but I found out that Beth is famous in the underground cookie world and has even won a cooking competition show on the Food Network so we shifted gears and discussed that for a couple of segments to close out the show
