When you make your plan for the day or the week ahead of you, does Jesus order your steps? Do you consciously say, “Lord, I am your servant. Show me what you want me to put on my list?”

No one squandered spiritual opportunity as terribly as Judas. His life demonstrates that having a credible testimony of faith does not connect us to Jesus. Instead, we must have a broken and contrite heart that calls out to Him in faith and dependence.

Jesus urges us to understand the difference between a person who is superficially moral and a person who is spiritually alive, between a person who ACTS righteous before men and a person who IS righteous on the inside.

Many leaders experience the temptation to consider themselves as indispensable to those they lead, but as Moses' demonstrates, effective and long-lasting leadership demands wisdom and community.

The story of Moses' extraordinary life and death offers an opportunity to see God's hand throughout his life in incredible ways, but it also offers us hope in something far greater than this unique servant of God.
