When it comes to being healthy, people have many different definitions of what constitutes good health. While many may strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle, one of the most overlooked aspects of good health is incorporating organic foods.

Bethany Learn is very passionate about fitness and has a very successful business that offers online yoga and Pilate’s instruction called Fit2BStudio. She is also a mother and active member of her community. As a conscious consumer and avid health professional, Bethany realized the importance of incorporating organics into her family and her business. In January of this year, Bethany also made a concerted effort to eliminate all soda from her diet which was extremely difficult because it was a part of her daily diet. The more research she did, she realized that non-organic foods such as soda were not only bad for your body because of the caloric intake but primarily because they are full of sugar and additives which are very bad for your body. Bethany has since begun her journey into the organic world with a deeper understanding that organics is not just about eating healthy but the impact of what food does to your body and as a mother, to her children’s bodies.
