Jesus uses the image of soil as a metaphor for the life of faith.  Pastor Dave shares that what is most important is that while we at times will find ourselves alternatively a hardened path, rocky, weedy or even good soil, what is most blessed is that the Sower (God) keeps on sowing!

Jesus says, "Come to me, all who are weary and carrying heavy burdens and I will give you rest."  As we come to Jesus we are met by the people of Jesus who help us carry our burdens and then we, as followers of Jesus, help others do the same.
