Whatever Cross you are carrying is not, and never will be, yours alone.  Jesus has made sure of that! And neither is your Cross the end of the story.  Jesus made sure of that too!

Jesus washes the feet of the disciples, and so we wash each other's feet to model service to others. Jesus invites all to his holy meal, and so we come willingly and joyously to be nourished and fed so that we can serve with strength and love.

Jesus raises Lazarus not simply because He could, Jesus raises Lazarus because He cares! It is not that Jesus won't raise your loved one, it is just that He hasn't done it yet!

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want!
