This week will we discuss why "being toxic" should not be romanticized or normalized. It's becoming more common to see toxic relationships in entertainment, social media, and in our every day lives and I want everyone to know TOXICITY IS NOT CUTE! I went through (and currently trying to break) my toxic stage and I don't want you to be like me! I'll break down my opinions on toxic relationships and encourage my listeners to love themselves before the let anyone else bring negativity into their lives!

Do you think you'll never find love again? Are you feeling like there's no point of dating because every person you encounter is horrible? Are you ready to throw in the romance towel? Well, this episode is for you! This Sunday I will provide a few nuggets that'll encourage you to not give up in this dating world. Love is out there friend, and it's coming our way! 

In Episode three of Better Ask Bam I will give my best advice on how to set and abide by your boundaries. Boundaries are such an essential part of every relationship and I want my listeners to grow confident in setting healthy boundaries in every aspect of your lives. I'll explore healthy communication looks like and I'll  answer my first listener question! You'll have some homework this episode too, so make sure you're ready to work!

On episode two of Better Ask Bam Podcast,  we're talking about a normalized thing within our generation.... yes, Situationships. I'm letting my listeners in my business this week! I'm sharing my situationship story and all the struggles that came with it. I'll give some helpful tips on how to avoid getting in a situationship, how to get out of one if you're currently in it, and how to value yourself when all is said and done! 

 For my first podcast episode, I wanted to motivate my listeners to start thinking about the purpose for their lives. In this episode,  I'll discuss different strategies on how manifest your dreams and goals while developing confidence in your natural gifts. I'll also give my best advice on how to overcome negative energy from anything that's causing any insecurity or hesitation. My overall message is to encourage listeners to start making your dreams a reality and realizing each one of you are unique individuals with a special purpose!
