Competition Alert!  

Coach Adam Bilodeau (@billyduke33) is back along with Haley Jones (@haleynothailee) making her podcast debut.  They have devised a competition in response to the "Belts, Wraps, & Straps" episode where they will be performing the following workout for time:

"Billy Jones"
For time:
30 Pull Ups
20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Muscle Ups

Haley will be going sans chalk, Adam will be using chalk.  We will live-stream this on the @betterfasterpodcast instagram this Friday at  12:00 PM (ET).
