One of the bucket list guests I had for the season was Sir John Kirwin.
Sir JK has done incredible things through sharing his mental health journey, he’s helped so many people including myself.
In this episode, my goal was not to cry like the other 2 times but also to talk to Sir JK about anxiety, his journey with it, his advice, tips, tricks and it’s one of the most beneficial conversations I’ve ever had (I was also so nervous I sweated ALOT hahaha)

I had NEVER heard of the term ‘Over exercising’ until I was working out everyday, sometimes twice a day but kept putting on weight, I felt like shit, slept poorly and it made me crave so much sugar.
Doing this episode was really important to me because that frustration of not losing weight when you’re smashing your body at the gym is such a mind F and it’s so unhealthy. It messed with me so much mentally.
My friend Han Romano who’s a fitness trainer is our expert this week and she has the best advice for anyone stuck in the over exercising rut or may not realise they are, plus Han answers ALL your submitted questions!

PICKLES, PINEAPPLES AND CHEESE, That’s what I love! That’s what I love! But I also love skincare.
If you saw my draw at home I have alllll the potions, I’m obsessed, but what do we actually need?
Skincare can be expensive, how many steps do we need? What’s the myths and things we should avoid?
On this episode, THE Emma Lewisham of Emma Lewisham skincare is on the podcast, once I get over being star struck I’m asking all the questions, from creation, to testing to what’s a load of shit that we don’t need.

When I asked on Instagram what episodes you wanted to hear, the most common request was a Peri menopause episode, I’ll admit, I never knew this was a thing till I saw a video of Petra Bagust talk about it on her podcast ‘Grey Areas’ so in this episode I’m joined by expert Monica Barnes to get all the answers we should’ve been given in high school…

Let’s get down to the nitty gritty, so many products and things to do, what actually works?
In this episode I’m investigating A BUNCH.
In the activity section, Former Rugby player Tim Bateman who founded O-Studio lets me grill him on Infrared saunas, Ice Bathes and floats, I also give them a try and report back.
My friends and I have put our bodies on the line with some of the most common products to see if they work, pros, cons and how I almost killed my husband thanks to Kourtney Kardashian’s Lemme pills.

HELLO GORGEOUS!
Botox, we used to be scared to get it, scared to admit it and because of that we’re talking allll about it this week
What is botox? We speak to Jacki Smith Founder of Caci Clinic about what it is, what it does, long term effects and approx costs
How do we tell if the place we’re going to is unethical and taking money from people who are vulnerable
What’s an alternative? Olga Newman from Face Up thinks we don’t even need botox or filler and we can do it naturally with Face sculpting, what is this witchcraft? We get all the details and I make my husband Bryce try it!
The underbelly of Botox in New Zealand, Expert Mike Clague who launched Botox and Filler in NZ when working for Allergan and has worked with the biggest botox experts in the world, Mike talks to us about how people are buying botox and filler online in places like Etsy about how it’s maiming people and risking their lives to look “hot”

F WORD F WORD AND MORE F WORDS, This week I was 4 weeks in to seeing a health coach, I was doing all the things, doing really well, then my brain took over, I fell off the wagon then all of a sudden I’m adding ‘thigh slimmers’ to my cart and other metabolism diet pills that won’t work (I didn’t buy then)
In this episode I take you along with me to my appointment with Joelle Legg my health coach/nutritionist, to get advice on how to get back on the horse and silence the negative talk

Shocker of the century, I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, ever since things have blown my mind how different parts of my personality now make sense, it’s not just me living this reality though, so many people are being diagnosed late in life with ADHD and other neurodiversities, so what do we do afterwards?
My friend Nathan was diagnosed last year with ADHD and PTSD after a traumatic event landed him in the hospital, He’s been on a journey making his brain his life and I was so grateful no only that he wanted to share his story on the podcast, but he also introduced us to this weeks expert Alex Campbell who’s an ADHD coach, therapist and lives with ADHD himself.
I hope this episode answers questions you may be asking yourself and give you some tools to make this discovery for you or a loved one an easier choice.
