    • In the summer was about getting at bats, and not getting hurt pitching
  • Play aggressively, and teach them how to fail
  • Have your expectations and reinforcing the positives to what you want
  • The really good ones will take your information and ask you questions. They will work hard, stay late, and come in early
  • Guys are starting to sleep better, trying to eat better, and hydrate better (WHOOP band).

  • If the kids know you are prepared and you have a plan, and know you are passionate about what you are teaching, then you will get buy in from your players
