  • Watch this if you're struggling with food.

    Hiiii:)))

If you’re struggling with food noise, your body image, or your relationship with eating, and just want your life and mind back, this 10-minute episode is for you. 🤍

I struggled with food for years, and in this episode of better I’m opening up about my personal journey with an eating disorder, what changed my perspective, and one simple mindset trick that has helped me build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.

These are the mindset tips that helped me GAIN my mind back.

This isn’t about calories, diets, weight loss, or changing your body. It’s about learning to love yourself, appreciating the fact that you’re alive, and remembering that food is meant to nourish your life, not control it.

Whether you’re navigating eating disorder recovery, struggling with food guilt, dealing with negative body image, or simply trying to feel more comfortable around food, I hope this gives you a little more compassion for yourself.

In this episode, we talk about:

♡ My personal experience with an ed

♡ Eating disorders and our relationship with food

♡ A simple mindset shift that has helped me

    ♡ Self-love, gratitude, and perspective (!!)

♡ Learning to make peace with food and yourself

♡ Gaining your life and mind back.

(You deserve a life that feels bigger than your fears around food.)

  • My Grandfather said this before he passed and it changed my life.

How do I even start writing the description for this episode?

losing him has been the biggest pain my family has ever experienced.

My Grandpa was the smartest person I've ever met.

He had an extremely impressive career, and talking to him was like talking to an encyclopedia, I honestly still can' t even fathom how one person can attain so much knowledge.

And yet, those are the least important things about him.

I think that the most important thing I can say is that he KNEW how to love. Truly, and deeper than most.

Even when he got weak and sick, his eyes always lit up in that same particular way when he would talk about my Grandma. Even at his lowest, he always had energy for me and my sister to come over and ask him questions, or just give us one of my favorite hugs.

In a nutshell, HE LIVED THIS LIFE RIGHT.

A few months before he passed, I had a gut feeling that I have to ask him what he wants me to do with my life.

His answer completely changed everything for me.

So much so, that I got it tattooed.

    He changed my life.

It leads me every single day, and no matter what dilemma is at hand, it always helps me make the right choice.

I hope his words will mean as much to you as they mean to me.

Dedicated to my Grandfather, with a love that never dies.

  • Brainwashing you to believe in yourself in 5 minutes.

I think one of the most familiar feelings we all have as humans is self doubt.

That one “I’m not good enough” weighing on your heart ever since you can remember.

I thought I’d be stuck like this forever with no way out and especially nothing to help me Believe just a little more that I am capable of achieving my dreams.

Until one day I realised that all of the proof that I would need for the fact that I actually do believe in myself is in my daily actions; and guess what? It’s in yours too.

This episode is made for you to come back to every single time you feel that lack of self faith self sabotaging anything you’re trying to achieve. I believe in you!

It’s high time you start believing in yourself just as much.

  • 18 things that changed my life before 18.

Everything I wish I knew before 18: how to change your life, stop self-sabotage, build self-love, save your relationships, romanticize your life & actually be happy.

    Hiiii :))) Welcome to Better!!!

Saying I’m excited for this episode would be an understatement because I genuinely don’t think the word for how I feel about posting this even exists.

This is my crash course in self-improvement and becoming the person you actually want to be. We’re talking about relationships, self-worth, confidence, romanticizing your life, acting from love instead of for love, recognizing your own self-sabotage patterns, protecting your relationships with other people AND yourself, and the neuroscience behind how your brain can actually change.

I’m also sharing the mindset shifts, habits and sentences that changed the way I see myself and my life—and how to stop just existing and genuinely start living.

Everything I’m sharing today is only a small part of what I’ve learned over the past few years: things that didn’t just change my life, but saved it and made me stay, too.

It’s such a full-circle moment because this episode is the exact episode, the 14 year-old version of me crying on the bathroom floor was looking for.

Call it self-improvement on speeds, a crash course in becoming better, or maybe just magic—because that’s what all of this has felt like to me.

To anyone listening, I want you to know one thing: it really does get better. I promise.

P.S - Better is here to stay!!! New episodes Coming out weekly every Sunday 💫
